Graces is just sooooo much prettier, IMO. The hoops are wrapped with ribbons.
I'd like to see them do a Games accessory set that includes Graces, a rolling hoop, and maybe a set of 9 pins. That would be very cool!

What would Felicity use pins for? I remember reading that there was a bowling type game back then, but I think grown men rather than a 9-year-old girl would have played it, because if remember correctly it involved a hevy iron ball. A kite would be so much cuter, even if it is kind of ripping off of Addy. Felicity's that is shown in her craft book is made of a parchment like material and has pretty painted motives in the corners and middle, not made of fabric scraps.

If Felicity had been playing graces She would have beem playing with someone else. Hopefully the someone else would have told Felicity to avoid the mud puddle near the freshly done laundry.

Ok, so finally get myself away from the glow of the computer, go outside, and my brother is using a Hula hoop and stick as a rolling hoop! See, it's timeless. As to the comment about the game of graces vs. rolling hoop, Felicity would most definatly have one, because if I remeber correctly, the hoop was taken off a barrel, and seeing as Felicity's father is a merchant, he would have alot of barrels to get rid of, especially after he stoped using them to store tea.

As for the hoop-and-stick topic, when I went on the Felicity tour in Williamsburg they actually had hoops and sticks for us to roll down the street! So Lissie would not have been too old for one. And it mentions in some of Felicity's books that she rolled a hoop and stick down the road as well.
I bought graces in Williamsburg too, and I love them. They're easy once you get used to them. I think they should make EVERYTHING for Lissie and Elizabeth! lol

Thought of two Lissie outfits. The first is like the Town Fair outfit, only the dress is light lim green and the apron is yellow. The other is a work dress that looks like in the books, with a string spoon and maybe an apple.
